About Teams Connector:

• It supports Microsoft Users and builds an (optional) Teams Application to emulate a registration on the PBX.
• It has an automated setup in an easy-to-use portal with levels of management for the Enterprise (the company using Teams) and the Skyswitch Reseller/Service Provider.

Branding includes the following:

• Buildout and integration of App Store presence with all content branded that of reseller.
• Complete building and intergation of Google Play presence with all content branded that of reseller.
• Management of all app submissions to associated stores for initial app approval and for all future app updates.
• All ReachUC+ MRC's per Resellers executed contract apply.
• Any brand modifications beyond the aforementioned will be subject to hourly Professional Services rates.

• All ReachUC+ MRC's per Resellers executed contract apply.
• Any brand modifications beyond the aforementioned will be billed subject to hourly Professional Services rates.

The SMS Responder Bot is an enhanced version of the SMS Directory Bot. The application works with keywords. Upon receiving an SMS message with a specified keyword, the Responder Bot will send an automatic reply with a pre-configured message or picture. 

SMS activation on DID is required.

Resellers are able to protect PBX users from spam calls by enabling the Nomorobo for Business connector.

With Nomorobo for Business enabled, the system can detect potential spam calls to PBX extensions and fax machines, and provide you with the option to send the call directly to voicemail, hangup or just tag the Caller Name with a [Spam] prefix.
