We take violations of our Acceptable Use Policy seriously and are committed to helping people who receive unwanted calls or texts from our customers. We work closely with our industry partners to combat robocalling, spam texts, and actively prohibit all forms of abuse on our network. If you receive a spam text or receive a fraudulent call, please let us know the details. If we’re able to help stop the violation, we will do so.

While some types of calls, like political messages, charities, and debt collection may be unwanted or annoying, they are typically allowed under US Federal law and carriers cannot block them, even if you have added your number to the FTC's Do Not Call list.
